WHAT IS M&E?
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) starts with tracking performance on processes and outputs at the beginning of a Compact’s life and then continues to track high-level outcomes and impacts at the end to concretely assess how its activities have affected poverty and economic growth.
M&E PLAN
This M&E Plan is a binding document that serves as a guide for program implementation and management. It will help the Millennium Challenge Account – Jordan (MCA-J), its Board of Directors, Auditor, Management Team, and Implementing Entities which include the Water Authority of Jordan, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Jordan Valley Authority, The As-Samra Project Company (SPC), and the Department of Statistics, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders know the progress being made towards the achievement of predefined results.
